AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) is an initiative that Google started in 2015 with some major publishers. It allows pages to load faster on mobile devices, by stripping some of the design. While AMP was initially mostly important for static content, like blog posts or news articles, these days, it’s also useful for more dynamic pages.
