2. In the second module, we start with the basics of your online store: writing your mission statement, discovering your niche, and spending time on keyword research. Which people will use which keywords to find your online store?
3. In the third module, we explain what structured data and rich results entail, describe why it’s important to add structured data to your ecommerce site, and understand how Yoast SEO helps you implement structured data.
4. Module four is all about optimizing your site speed; the importance and how to test this. And for WordPress and Shopify users: be able to improve your site speed with the most important plugins and apps.
5. In the fifth module, we go over your site structure. What does a good menu look like, what filters to use and how to deal with duplicate content? Having a clear site structure will help you rank higher in the search results!
6. Your product pages are the pages where people will actually start buying your product! That’s why we will explain everything about optimizing these in module six.
7. Module 7 will make your site ready for mobile use.
8. In module 8, we’ll talk about marketing your online store, because SEO is important, however, there are more ways to get people to buy (more of) your products!
9. Lastly, in the optional module, we show you how, by using the Yoast WooCommerce SEO plugin, you can strengthen your ecommerce SEO presence, and create pages that rank and get attention.
